Kappa Delta Foundation Announces 2025-2026 Board of Directors

Memphis, Tenn. June 19, 2025: Kappa Delta Foundation board elections were held at the board of directors meeting on June 19, at Kappa Delta’s 66th Biennial National Convention in Grapevine, Texas.

The foundation welcomes the return of Sarah Smith Dubbert (Epsilon Iota-Missouri) to the board, this time as an elected director beginning Aug. 1. Previously, Sarah was appointed to the board in 2023 while serving on National Council. She is a certified treasury professional through the Association for Financial Professionals and is the president and commercial division manager for the Central Region at Commerce Bank. Her commitment to Kappa Delta includes a variety of volunteer positions, including as a chapter accounting specialist and, most recently, as the National Vice President-Finance.

Kristin Power (Epsilon Kappa-Cal Poly/San Luis Obispo), who has served on the board since 2019, retired from service. In addition to her six years on the foundation board, Kristin has served Kappa Delta as chair of the nominating committee, a member of the National Leadership Team, and locally as a chapter advisor and house corporation board member.

Her deep experience in the world of finance and passion for Kappa Delta will be a tremendous asset as we look to the future,” stated Kappa Delta Foundation board chair Michelle Rabideau. “At the same time, we extend our heartfelt gratitude to Kristin for her exceptional leadership and unwavering commitment throughout the many years she has dedicated to the foundation. Her depth of experience, strategic insight and passion for our mission have made a lasting impact, and we are truly grateful for her service.”

Additionally, National President Susan Stockton, National Vice President Emily Ulmer Feinstein and National Vice President-Membership Laura Beth Hanson McKew will serve as appointed members of Kappa Delta Sorority’s National Council to the board.

The 2025-2026 Kappa Delta Foundation Board members are: Michelle Parmley Rabideau, chair; Kirsten Jakmas Kuykendoll, vice chair; Cheryl Grant Sizer, treasurer; Sarah Smith Dubbert; Emily Ulmer Feinstein; Brandi Cappaert Harper; Kate McGlynn; Laura Beth Hanson McKew; Anna Green Rich; Susan Stockton; Tove Bichel Thomas; Jennifer Priebe Wood and Sandy Etz Wysocki. In addition to those elected and appointed, Maggie Waples, executive director, serves as an ex officio member of the board.
