What’s your favorite Kappa Delta memory?
My favorite Kappa Delta memory is running home on Bid Day my senior year after being disaffiliated for Panhellenic council during recruitment. Not talking to my friends in KD and not being able to tell people I am a KD was so sad and nothing was better than running into my best friends’ arms on bid day and letting everyone know I am a Kappa Delta!
What are you most looking forward to during your time as an LDC?
As an LDC, I am most looking forward to meeting so many of our members one on one! There are hundreds of thousands of Kappa Deltas across the country, active and alumni, and I’m so excited to meet them!
Fun Fact about Sera:
Sera has 5 older siblings!
Bree Davis is an LDC for Divisions 2 and 13, so she will be spending her year anywhere from southwest Georgia to Virginia and Memphis to Kentucky.

What’s your favorite Kappa Delta memory?
I have so many fond memories associated with Kappa Delta, it’s hard to choose my favorite! There are countless small moments that make me smile when I think about them and so many big moments that move me to tears with pride. In Fall 2018, my little sister ran home to me on her Bid Day, in Spring 2019 after two years of construction I finally got to move into the new Alpha Mu house, and in Fall 2021 I helped initiate 45 founding members of our Epsilon Gamma chapter at the University of North Georgia. Those are the most memorable Kappa Delta moments!
What are you most looking forward to during your time as an LDC?
I am excited to be on the ground with collegians! I love building relationships with chapter members and leaders, so I cannot wait to travel across the country and meet them!

What’s your favorite Kappa Delta memory?
I have so many, it’s hard to narrow down one specific moment! My mom was also a Kappa Delta at Epsilon Sigma – Wofford College, so some of my favorite memories include homecoming with alumni and my mom being at initiation and bid day to celebrate with me! Kappa Delta will always be a special bond that I am able to share with my mom, she’s my role model and because of KD, she’s also my sister!
What are you most looking forward to during your time as an LDC?

What’s your favorite Kappa Delta memory?
My favorite KD memory was running home for the first time after I disaffiliated from my chapter for Panhellenic council during formal recruitment. It was such a welcoming feeling to be back with the individuals who cared so much about me as well as be able to show off my letters again and how great my chapter was!
What are you most looking forward to during your time as an LDC?
I am most looking forward to learning about the KD experience of many different members across the country. We are all connected because we are Kappa Deltas, but no one’s experience is the same due to a variety of factors. When I talk to members in small group meetings, I can learn about them, their respective campus and KD. This helps me shape how to assist them and their chapter for the rest of my term and better understand what resources may help them and KDHQ in the future!
Fun Fact about Karen:
She has never broken a bone!
A graduate of Eastern Tennessee State University, Caroline earned a B.S. in communication studies. At ETSU, Caroline served as executive vice president on ETSU’s Panhellenic Association. She is also a Corre Anding Stegall Leadership Award winner.
Caroline works as a Leadership Development Consultant with Divisions 7 and 8 – mostly small, private liberal arts schools.
What’s your favorite Kappa Delta memory?
I am so grateful to have so many fond memories of Kappa Delta, but my favorite would have to be receiving the Corre Anding Stegall Collegiate Leadership Award. This achievement was truly a full circle moment in my life. When I attended National Convention in July of 2019, I was able to meet Corre and hear about the incredible accomplishments of the award recipients from that year. Being surrounded by sisters who were so driven truly inspired me and fueled my passion for Kappa Delta. When I received this honor in 2021, it was not only showing that my hard work paid off, but that I could accomplish my dreams if I set my mind to them thanks to the support and encouragement I received in Kappa Delta.
What are you most looking forward to during your time as an LDC?
I am most looking forward to developing relationships with collegians across the country and fostering positive change within the chapters I work with. When I was serving on governing council at Gamma Delta, an LDC visited our chapter. I was able to see firsthand the impact one individual could have on my own chapter and I am hopeful that I can be that person for the chapters that I visit.

Her favorite animals are warthogs!

What’s your favorite Kappa Delta memory?
Big little reveal! My big, Alli, was the first person I ever talked to in Kappa Delta during recruitment and I ran home with my twin, Maggie. When Maggie and I found out we were twins, we were so excited! We ran outside to meet our big and were met with the BIGGEST hug from Alli.
Sophomore year, our entire chapter had a spontaneous pool party on the front lawn. It’s one of my favorite memories – Everyone was laughing and dancing, we played music, and had inflatable sprinklers! It was the best break from the August heat and reminded me why I chose my chapter.
The day of graduation, my sisters and I had a graduation party with all our friends and parents. “Back Home” by Andy Grammer came on (WSU’s anthem) and my closest Kappa Delta friends and I all sang it together. It was such a bittersweet moment (not going to lie, there were a lot of tears involved), since I began and ended my journey at WSU singing to this song with my best friends.
It’s hard to pick just one favorite, because I have loved these and everything in between.
What are you most looking forward to during your time as an LDC?
As an LDC, I’m most looking forward to strengthening our sisterhood across the country. During the fall of my senior year, I was a Homecoming Liaison, and it was amazing to have the support of my sisters throughout the planning and events. The dedication of my collegiate chapter during this time, every year, is so uplifting and it just shows how much we all love KD.

My favorite Kappa Delta memory is when I got my Little in 2019. I remember being so excited to jump out of her box at Big/Little Reveal and just already loved her so much. I knew she was destined for great things, and I was so ready to be a Big. She has pushed me to do things beyond my wildest dreams and has always believed in me since that day we became Big and Little!
