There is no better way to celebrate KD’s birthday!

Last year, we surpassed our goals, proving the power of our sisterhood when we unite for a common purpose. This year, we’re aiming even higher! There is no better way to celebrate KD’s birthday than coming together to reach big goals that will ensure the KD Foundation can:

Provide More Scholarships

This year, the KD Foundation granted $888,763 to 314 sisters. But the need is even greater, with more than 1,000 sisters applying for scholarships each year!

Offer Confident Conversations at No Cost

Since its inception, more than 9,000 Kappa Deltas have registered to attend Confident Conversations, and this year, the three-program series for collegians and alumnae focuses on exploring the power of connection: to each other, to our ritual, and to the Kappa Delta experience that shapes and supports members’ lives in college and beyond.

Expand Discussion-based Prevention Education Programs

In the years following the pandemic, college campuses have experienced an increase in risky drinking. To support our collegiate sisters’ health and wellbeing, Kappa Delta implemented a discussion-based alcohol education program to more than 2,600 collegians from 25 chapters during the 2024-2025 school year. The program will expand to 25% of all chapters on a rotating basis each academic year to give your collegiate sisters tools to have important conversations and make brave decisions for their own well-being.

Be a Founders Day of Giving Champion

The Kappa Delta Foundation is building a team, and we need you!

Will you be a Founders Day of Giving Champion this fall? Throughout October, your key role will be to reach out to your chapter sisters through email, text and/or social media and ask them to contribute to the Kappa Delta Foundation on Founders Day of Giving. We’ll give you the tools you need to be successful! And this is a concerted push – so a short but critical time commitment in October!
