Kappa Delta Foundation Awards 2020-2021 Awards and Graduate and Undergraduate Scholarships Recipients

Kappa Delta Foundation Awards 2020-2021 Corre Anding Stegall Collegiate Leadership Awards and Graduate and Undergraduate Scholarships

MEMPHIS, Tenn. — The Kappa Delta Foundation awarded a total of $263,750 in leadership awards and scholarships to deserving Kappa Delta collegians and alumnae.

“Scholarships have long been one of the most important ways the Kappa Delta Foundation can provide direct aid to individual members,” said Beth Martin Langford (Kappa Alpha-Florida State), chair of the Kappa Delta Foundation Board of Directors. “They can be a lifeline for our sisters and their families. The economic effects caused by COVID-19 only increase the need for scholarship funding. We are grateful for past and current donors who provide the funding so the foundation can meet the urgent need of our members.”

The Corre Anding Stegall Collegiate Leadership Award, named for former National President Corre Anding Stegall, is presented each year to the top echelon of Kappa Delta student leaders. Recipients are chosen based on high academic performance and exemplary leadership within the chapter, on campus and in the community. This award is the highest individual honor Kappa Delta gives to undergraduate members. Each award recipient receives a $3,000 leadership scholarship for the 2020-2021 academic year.
