Memphis, Tenn. July 31, 2026: Kappa Delta Foundation board elections were held at the board of directors meeting on June 18, 2026, in St. Louis, Missouri. 

The foundation welcomes the return of Tricia Ruma Spence (Epsilon Alpha-Missouri S&T) to the board as an elected director beginning Aug. 1. Previously, Tricia was appointed to the board from 2013-2021. Tricia holds a Ph.D. in information sciences and technology and has built a 25-year career leading strategy and innovation in executive leadership positions. Her commitment to Kappa Delta includes a variety of volunteer positions, including National Vice President-Alumnae and, most recently, as the sorority’s National President from 2017-2021.  

Brandi Cappaert Harper (Mu-Millsaps), who has served on the foundation board since 2020, also retired from service. During her six years on the board, Brandi has served the foundation as chair of the KiDs Grant application committee, ensuring grants are awarded with care and integrity.

Her strategic vision, professional expertise and dedication to our sisterhood make her an exceptional addition to the board as we continue expanding the foundation’s impact,” said Kappa Delta Foundation Board Chair Michelle Rabideau. “We also extend our deepest gratitude to Brandi for her years of dedicated service and steadfast leadership, which have helped strengthen the foundation and its impact.” 

Additionally, National President Susan Stockton, National Vice President Emily Ulmer Feinstein and National Vice President-Membership Laura Beth Hanson McKew will serve as appointed members of Kappa Delta Sorority’s National Council to the board. 

The 2026-2027 Kappa Delta Foundation Board members are: Michelle Parmley Rabideau, chair; Kirsten Jakmas Kuykendoll, vice chair; Cheryl Grant Sizer, treasurer; Maggie Waples, chief executive officer/secretary (ex officio); Sarah Smith Dubbert; Emily Ulmer Feinstein; Kate McGlynn; Laura Beth Hanson McKew; Anna Green Rich; Tricia Ruma Spence; Susan Stockton; Tove Bichel Thomas; Jennifer Priebe Wood and Sandy Etz Wysocki.
