Internships to foster your personal and professional growth

In honor of one of our most notable alumnae, the KD Foundation provides funding for two collegiate sisters to serve as paid summer interns for the Georgia O’Keeffe Museum Art and Leadership Program in Santa Fe, New Mexico. Interns lead art and leadership lessons, assist with workshops, field trips and an exhibition of participant artwork. Upperclassmen with experience in art history or studio art are preferred.
A stipend will be provided. Interns are responsible for housing and transportation.

Each summer, the KD Foundation offers internships for collegiate sisters at the University of Tennessee Health Science Center (UTHSC) in Memphis, Tennessee. With direction from acclaimed orthopaedic researchers, interns work on a research project, participate in research data conferences, attend training conferences, and journal club.
Housing is provided along with an expense reimbursement. Interns are responsible for transportation.

Prevent Child Abuse America, one of our national philanthropic partners, provides unpaid internship opportunities for KDs. The program is designed to offer college students real-world
nonprofit experience.
The program is open to students who are able to live in the Chicago area during the term of the internship or to students open to working remotely for one of PCAA’s staff members located around the country.
