Inspiring Action Beyond the Screen

In today’s digital world, social media is a powerful tool for connection, creativity and impact. It’s not just about the size of your platform or the number of followers you have — it’s about how you use your voice to uplift, inspire and build meaningful community.

We’re proud to celebrate Kappa Delta sisters who are using their platforms to make a difference. These women aren’t just content creators; they’re confidence-builders, community-makers and sources of inspiration. Whether they’re sharing relatable stories, offering advice or leading with authenticity, their platforms have become spaces where women feel seen, supported and encouraged.

The Angelos recently featured several KD influencers making waves online, and there are even more to celebrate. From providing business tips to beauty tutorials, their stories remind us that community is a gift, confidence is a superpower, and inspiration can spark change in ways big and small. These sisters show us that being true to yourself is what creates real influence — and that what you share can change the world.

MaryKatherine Black

MaryKatherine (Beta Pi-Florida) found her calling in social media while growing YLLW The Label with her husband. Her platform became a space to empower women, encouraging them to embrace their own journeys. “Being supportive is a habit,” she says, adding that simple actions, like voicing positivity and celebrating others, make a big difference. For MaryKatherine, true community happens offline, rooted in her years in the Beta Pi KD house. Those experiences, coupled with her career growth, taught her the value of showing up authentically — for herself and others. Through her work, she inspires others to “despise not small beginnings.”
