We are extremely grateful for your donations to the Foundation! The Kappa Delta Foundation is a separate entity that supports the educational, leadership and charitable purposes of the sorority, as well as awarding scholarships for collegians and alumnae. On the other hand, alumnae dues support items like operations, technology development, marketing/public relations, and membership materials for chapters and associations. It’s important to note that how this money is spent is highly regulated by the IRS.
Each alumnae chapter sets its own locally managed dues that goes towards activities you participate in. Alumnae chapter dues do not financially support National Kappa Delta.
Kappa Delta operates on a fiscal year from August 1 – July 31. Alumnae dues are due by July 31 of each year.
No, none of our alumnae, including volunteers, are required to pay alumnae dues.
