Michelle Parmley Rabideau, CFRE, MPA

Chair

Michelle is an initiate of Sigma Omicron-Illinois and earned her Master of Public Administration from Grand Valley State University. She is a national leader in philanthropy raising more than $100 million for various organizations over 25 years. She is currently president of Saint Mary’s Foundation, the philanthropic arm for Mercy Health Saint Mary’s in Grand Rapids, Michigan. Michelle was Governor-appointed to the Michigan Community Service Commission. She served two terms in public office on the East Grand Rapids Public Schools Board of Education. Michelle has been recognized as a recipient of the YWCA Tribute! Award in the professions category as one of “50 Most Influential Women in West Michigan” and with the Benjamin Franklin Award for Outstanding Fundraising Professional. She served Kappa Delta on two chapter advisory boards and at the national level for 10 years. She is passionate about health care, empowering women, public education, community service, her family and friends, and traveling.

Kirsten Jakmas Kuykendoll

Vice Chair

Kirsten is an initiate of Gamma Nu-Miami where she earned a bachelor’s degree in finance. She is also a certified Six Sigma Black Belt. Her professional experience includes fifteen years with Fidelity Investments, where she currently serves as Head of Talent Acquisition. Kirsten is deeply passionate about leadership development and career coaching and has a track record as a strategic leader who can manage large-scale programs and transformation initiatives. She has served Kappa Delta nationally on the collegiate National Leadership Team and has volunteered locally on two chapter advisory boards.

Cheryl Grant Sizer

Secretary-Treasurer

Cheryl is an initiate of Epsilon Eta-Illinois State, where she graduated with a Bachelor of Science. She also earned her master’s in educational organization and leadership from the University of Illinois. She has served as Kappa Delta’s national vice president-finance, national vice president-alumnae, national director of scholarship, regional chapter director and collegiate province president. Cheryl has served on several chapter advisory boards and house corporation boards and several nonprofit boards in her community. She received the Dean Fred H. Turner Award from the University of Illinois. Cheryl is a senior executive vaccines private account manager for GlaxoSmith Kline.

Sarah Smith Dubbert

Director

Sarah is an initiate of Epsilon Iota-Missouri where she earned a Bachelor of Science in secondary education in mathematics and is a certified treasury professional through the Association for Financial Professionals. She is the president and commercial division manager at Commerce Bank. Sarah has served national Kappa Delta as a chapter accounting specialist, division accounting specialist, chapter advisory board-treasurer for Epsilon Iota-Missouri. Sarah also serves as Kappa Delta Sorority’s national vice president-finance.

Emily Ulmer Feinstein

Director

Emily is an initiate of Delta Sigma-South Alabama and earned a bachelor’s degree in criminal justice and history, as well as a Master of Education in educational leadership. She holds professional certifications in Title IX coordination, civil rights investigator, student affairs law and policy, and sexual misconduct. Emily has worked in higher education and sorority and fraternity affairs for nearly 20 years, and has served on Kappa Delta’s National Leadership Team as the university case manager and Bias Response Intervention Team (BRIT) co-lead. Emily also serves as Kappa Delta Sorority’s national vice president.

Brandi Cappaert Harper

Director

Brandi is an initiate of Mu-Millsaps, where she completed her undergraduate studies. She also earned her J.D. from the University of Mississippi and a certificate in mediation training from the Harvard Law School Program of Instruction for Lawyers. She currently serves as general counsel for Wiregrass Construction Company. Brandi has served national Kappa Delta as an NLT member and on the bylaws committee, as well as volunteered locally as an alumnae chapter officer and member. She also has held various statewide and local board positions, including with the Lynn Meadows Discovery Center, Gulf Coast Child Abuse Prevention Center, Junior Auxiliary of Gulfport, Gulfport Yacht Club and the Dothan, Alabama Cultural Arts Center.

Kate McGlynn

Director

Kate is an initiate of Sigma Epsilon-Texas/Austin where she graduated with her Bachelor of Science degree in corporate communications with a minor in business administration. She currently works as the managing director in the creditor services practice at the management consulting firm, AlixPartners. Kate has 20 years of experience as a financial advisor in the corporate restructuring industry, with a primary focus on advising unsecured creditor committees in bankrupt situations. She has volunteered for Kappa Delta at the national level in the roles of chapter specialist and chapter accounting specialist and at the local level in the roles of CAB chairman, recruitment advisor and finance advisor. Currently, Kate is the CAB finance advisor for the Theta Gamma-Brown. In addition to her service to Kappa Delta, Kate has held numerous board positions and roles within other nonprofit organizations – presently serving on the Turnaround Management Association’s Global Board of Trustees and is a long-time member of the New York Junior League. 

Kristin Power

Director

Kristin is an initiate of Epsilon Kappa-Cal Poly/San Luis Obispo where she earned a bachelor’s degree in political science. She has also earned a master’s degree in education. Kristin serves as vice president, policy & advocacy for the Alliance for Children’s Rights. She previously worked for the Consumer Specialty Products Association as vice president of state affairs, deputy director for legislation for the California Department of Housing and Community Development and vice president of government relations for the California Grocers Association. Kristin has served national Kappa Delta as chair of the nominating committee and NLT member and has volunteered locally as a CAB and house corporation board member.

Anna Green Rich

Director

Anna is an initiate of Kappa Alpha-Florida State where she earned a bachelor’s degree in history. She has also earned a juris doctorate from the University of Richmond. Anna serves as executive director for Youth Foundation, Inc. in New York City. Her commitment to Kappa Delta includes service on the foundation’s application review committee since 2018 and as former Richmond, Virginia, Alumnae Chapter President and former Chapter Advisory Board Chair for Beta Alpha-Virginia. She is also a member of the New York Junior League, the Colonial Dames of America, the National Society of Colonial Dames of America, and the Society of Mayflower Descendants.

Susan Stockton

Director

Susan is an initiate of Delta Gamma-Western Kentucky and graduated with a bachelor’s degree in public relations before earning her juris doctorate from the University of Kentucky College of Law. She has served as a collegiate membership director, national collegiate advisor, collegiate province president and as vice chairman for the Nominating Committee before taking on the role of national vice president. She has been an advisor on four chapter advisory boards. Susan is a retired attorney who previously worked as a senior counsel for General Electric, and she founded Stockton Consulting in Geneva, Switzerland. Susan is Kappa Delta Sorority’s national president.

Tove Bichel Thomas

Director

Tove is an initiate of Omicron-Illinois Wesleyan and holds a bachelor’s degree in music education. She worked as an elementary school teacher for 28 years before retiring. Tove began volunteering for Kappa Delta in 1970 and has served as collegiate province president, regional chapter director, special advisor, national director of membership, national director of CABs, alumnae province president, alumnae chapter membership specialist, alumnae chapter operations specialist, alumnae development specialist, alumnae chapter specialist, and most recently as National Vice President-Alumnae. She was a Girl Scout troop leader and founded the Girls’ Athletic Club at Armstrong Junior High School and OAKlub, a philanthropic club, at Oakdale Elementary School.

Jennifer Priebe Wood

Director

Jennifer is an initiate of Zeta Gamma-Arkansas/Fayetteville where she earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. Her professional experience includes almost 30 years in marketing and business development at Tyson Foods where she currently serves as the Director of Foodservice Customer and Industry Engagement. Jennifer is an Order of the Emerald recipient for service to Kappa Delta and has previously served on the National Leadership Team as a Collegiate Province President and Chapter Operators Director and in multiple roles on the Zeta Gamma Chapter Advisory Board. Currently Jennifer serves as the president of the Zeta Gamma House Corporation Board and is a member of the Northwest Arkansas Alumnae Chapter. Jennifer has held a variety of leadership and fundraising roles within other nonprofit organizations including the Junior League of Northwest Arkansas, Community Kids Closet and Fayetteville Public Schools Parent Teacher Organization.

Sandy Etz Wysocki

Director

Sandy is an initiate of Epsilon Iota–Missouri where she earned her Bachelor of Journalism degree before earning her MBA from Marquette University. Sandy currently serves as the Executive Director for the Sharon Lynne Wilson Center for the Arts in Brookfield, WI. Her professional experience also includes more than 35 years in publishing. Sandy has served Kappa Delta as the current Alumnae Experience Specialist for Division 8, as a past member of the Nominating Committee and at the local level as president of the Milwaukee Alumnae Chapter and as a member of the Chapter Advisory Board for Theta Lambda-Marquette. In addition to her service to Kappa Delta, she has held numerous board positions with nonprofits including Girl Scouts of Wisconsin Southeast, Literacy Services of Wisconsin, YMCA of Central Waukesha County and The Women’s Center in Waukesha, WI.

Maggie Waples

Executive Director/Ex Officio

Maggie began her role as executive director of the sorority and foundation in 2021. She has extensive experience in marketing and organizational management, previously serving as Global Vice President, Product Management and Marketing at Deflecto, a global consumer products company. She spent three years as General Manager and Senior Vice President of Marketing of the Yearbook division at Herff Jones and 13 years in Pearson’s Higher Education division in various product marketing positions. Maggie holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration and earned her MBA at the Drucker School of Management in California. She served her collegiate chapter, Delta Sigma-South Alabama, as president, vice president-membership, vice president-public relations and VP of Panhellenic. Immediately following college, she served two years as a Chapter Development Consultant for Kappa Delta.
