We are gearing up for Kappa Delta’s 63rd Biennial National Convention, which will take place June 27-30, 2019, in Dallas, Texas. Registration is now open for all members. Here’s why you should join us: 

You will meet sisters from all over the country. Who doesn’t love meeting new sisters? You will have the opportunity to meet Kappa Deltas of all ages from different parts of the country and different walks of life. You may even run into some sisters in the airport! 

You will have the opportunity to listen to inspirational speakers. We have some amazing presentations planned — from a session on anti-hazing featuring the Piazza and Gruver families to a presentation by Alex Sheen, founder of Because I Said I Would and many more. Check out the agenda at-a-glanceopens PDF file ! 

You will have the opportunity to network with other sisters. At the networking lunch on Friday, June 28, you will have the chance to meet with members who share your interests and career paths. You never know, you may just meet your future boss or co-worker! 

You get to experience Dallas with your sisters! Experiencing a different city is always fun, but it is even better when you are with your sisters. You will have free time Friday evening to check out the city. Explore the arts district, check out the restaurants in the area or even catch a sporting event or show at the local theatre.  

You will realize how much you love Kappa Delta. Meeting national leaders and accomplished alumnae. Watching the pageantry of the parade of flags. Witnessing National Council conduct Initiation. Cheering for chapters and members who win awards. Believe it or not, your love for Kappa Delta will be even greater because of your convention experience. You’ll be left wondering why we don’t have a national gathering every week… but don’t worry, you will get to do it all over again in 2021!
