Kappa Delta Headquarters seeks Chapter Services Coordinator (CSC)

There is an exciting opening for a full-time Chapter Services Coordinator. This position is located in Memphis, TN at the national headquarters and is supervised by the Senior Chapter Services Manager.
As part of the dynamic Chapter Services team, the CSC is responsible for the day-to-day operations and supervision of about 30 collegiate chapters including specifically working with chapter presidents and chapter advisory boards. The CSC works with division leadership teams, chapter and Greek/university advisors and will also have chapter educational programming and department responsibilities.
This position requires membership in Kappa Delta and an undergraduate degree. Graduate education in a field related to higher education or experience working with college-aged students is most desired. Excellent written, oral and interpersonal communication skills are needed as are good presentation and training/teaching skills.
Due to the importance of written communication skills, candidates should be prepared to take a timed writing test to assess composition and editing skills.
Some travel to national conferences and individual chapters is required. Proficiency in regular business software like Microsoft Word and Excel is needed as well as email, social networking and texting technologies. Interaction with members, alumnae, volunteers and staff, and some evening and weekend hours are required.
