KD Interns Selected - Georgia O'Keeffe Museum Art and Leadership Program for Girls

The Kappa Delta Foundation congratulates the two women selected as 2012 summer interns for the Georgia O’Keeffe Museum’s Art and Leadership Program for Girls. Through a partnership with the Georgia O’Keeffe Museum, the Kappa Delta Foundation is proud to fund these two paid summer intern positions in Santa Fe, N.M.
Thanks to the foundation’s donors, the following women will serve as this year’s summer interns:
Molly Noyed – Molly is a member of Upsilon chapter of Kappa Delta at Beloit College. She is majoring in art history and minoring in studio arts and museum studies.
Colleen Phillips – Colleen is a fine arts major in technical theater. She is a member of Zeta Chi chapter at the University of Idaho.
The Art and Leadership Program for Girls provides adolescent girls with opportunities for independent thinking, skill-building, problem solving and the development of their artistic talents. The summer intern program takes place from the first week in June to mid-August each year. Since 2003, 19 interns have been able to take advantage of this prestigious internship.
